Synopsis
Best Friends is a puppet theater show that talks about friendship, loneliness, and the search for a soulmate. A warm and humorous story: a lonely dragon, feared by everyone, is looking for a friend, but his clumsy and somewhat scary approach makes it difficult for him to connect with others. The show carries a message of friendship that transcends all differences and the difficulties that are often part of our lives.
The show has been performed over 100 times and has reached more than 20,000 spectators. It has not only been staged in Croatia but also in China, Azerbaijan, Poland, Lithuania, Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Italy, participating in more than 30 festivals.
Languages
The originality of the show lies in its technique: puppets made from balloons, which are created during the performance and animated using the principles of puppet theater. The original music by Tin Tonković not only accompanies the entire show but also acts as a performer itself. The show is recommended for audiences up to 12 years old, although based on past experiences, it is also loved by adults. As the show is non-verbal, it is accessible to everyone.
